To all clients,
Re: Office Safety Procedure for COVID-19 Virus Outbreak
As the COVID-19 outbreak continues to evolve, we want to reassure you that we are doing everything we can to support you through this difficult time. Our priority is the safety and well-being of our clients, staff and communities. We will continue to follow the guidance of local and international health authorities to ensure that we are keeping our office as safe as possible.
Is our office clean?
- Our priority is the safety and well-being of our staff and clients. We have increased frequency of cleaning, with daily disinfection of our office, including door knob, tables and chairs.
To help reduce your risk of infection, we would like to remind everyone to follow good hand hygiene and respiratory etiquette during your visit. This includes covering coughs and sneezes with tissues, washing hands for at least 30 seconds with soap and water, and using alcohol-based hand sanitizer at all times.
- Social distancing should be practiced (1.5 metres or six feet).
- All stationery (pen, calculator or equipment) will not be shared at this time.
We ask that all clients/staff who are showing any cold or flu symptoms to please let us know and not attend sessions/meeting until your physician clears them to return.
What happens if our office has to close?
In the event of our office closure, a notice will be posted on the door. You may contact our office by phone or visit our website for ongoing updates. As this outbreak continues to evolve, we remain committed to supporting you and keeping you informed.
Should you have any further questions, please contact us directly or visit BC Centre for Disease Control’s Health information for Employers & Businesses link for more information.
Best Regards,
Alice Cretelli, CPA
